Description

The course is a laboratory to accompany AST 111. Emphasis is placed on laboratory experiences which enhance the materials presented in AST 111 and which provide practical experience. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the universe around them.

This course has been approved to satisfy the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement general education requirement in natural sciences/mathematics. This is a Universal General Education Transfer Component (UGETC) course for the AA and AFA degree. It satisfies other General Education hours for the AS degree.
