The Student Help Desk is located in the Academic Support Center (ASC) on the New Bern/Main Campus in Ward Hall, Room 100. Student Help Desk Technicians help students resolve technical issues and provide guidance for common problems. The Student Help Desk also serves as the primary resource for resetting student account passwords and assisting with multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup.
Technicians are available in the Academic Support Center during normal college operating hours and offer online assistance on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Students can contact the Student Helpdesk by dialing (252) 638-7212, visiting their office, or submitting a helpdesk ticket after hours.
